This short video compares two ways to write the same progress report. On the left, an SLP pulls it together by hand from data sheets, old notes and a blank page. On the right, EASI walks the clinician through the reporting period, the goals to report on, and the evidence.
The evidence is your therapy notes, plus any language reports completed in that time frame and other documents you have uploaded. Tap Generate Draft and EASI drafts progress on each goal. You read the draft, choose the progress for each goal, and sign. The clinician always reviews and signs before anything is final.
