One caseload. One connected record.

Stop rebuilding the same student story in six different places.

EASI gives speech-language pathologists a caseload workspace that keeps the work around each student or patient connected—from records and goals through therapy, progress documentation, evaluations, and reports.

Quick answer

EASI is SLP caseload management software built around clinical work, not a generic contact list. It connects profiles, supporting documents, goals, therapy notes, reports, evaluation status, MySLP support, and schedule building while leaving all clinical decisions with the SLP.

The pain EASI addresses

The repeated work is the problem.

  • Student information split across IEP systems, spreadsheets, notes, and report files
  • The same history and context re-entered for every new document
  • Goals and therapy evidence that are difficult to reconstruct at reporting time
  • Evaluation, progress, therapy, and scheduling tools that do not share context

How it works

A visible, reviewable workflow

  1. 1

    Create the profile

Keep identifying details, history, languages, diagnoses, goals, and selected supporting records together.

  2. 2

    Use it across the work

Move from evaluation and reports to therapy notes, progress documentation, planning, materials, and MySLP without starting over.

  3. 3

    See what needs attention

Review report and evaluation status from the caseload, then open the student or patient workspace for the next task.

  4. 4

    Build the schedule

Carry service requirements and real-world school constraints into the scheduling workflow.

What stays with the clinician

EASI organizes the record and prepares drafts or suggestions. The SLP decides what belongs in the clinical record, interprets the evidence, edits all language, and approves or signs final documentation.

What this changes

  • Less duplicate entry across clinical and administrative tasks
  • Relevant context available when preparing reports or plans
  • Goals and dated evidence positioned for progress reporting
  • A clearer path from caseload overview to the next piece of work

Questions about slp caseload management

Does EASI replace my district IEP system?

EASI is a clinical workflow workspace, not a claim that every district system can be replaced. It helps the SLP connect evidence, notes, reports, planning, and scheduling; required information can still be transferred into the district's system.

Can MySLP use information from a student profile?

Yes. MySLP can answer questions and prepare plans, drafts, or materials using information the clinician has chosen to keep in the profile. Its output remains advisory and must be reviewed.

Does EASI track delivered service minutes?

EASI uses service requirements when helping build schedules. The current public claim is not that it independently verifies or tracks every delivered service minute.
